Terms & Conditions – Sakura Holidays

1. General

  • By booking a ticket with Sakura Holidays, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Sakura Holidays reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Booking & Payment

  • Tickets can be booked through our website, mobile app, or authorized agents.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • All fares are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Online payments are processed securely. Sakura Holidays does not store sensitive card/payment details.

3. Ticket Validity & Identification

  • Passengers must carry a valid ticket (printed or digital) during travel.
  • A government-issued ID (citizenship, passport, or driver’s license) may be required for verification.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund (after service charges).
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or passengers arriving late after the scheduled departure.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Ticket rescheduling is subject to seat availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before departure.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on fare differences.

6. Departure & Boarding

  • Passengers must report to the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Buses will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
  • Sakura Holidays is not responsible for passengers who miss the bus due to late arrival.

7. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry up to 20 kg of luggage free of charge.
  • Extra luggage or oversized items may incur additional charges.
  • Sakura Holidays is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by company negligence.

 


8. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travelers.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
  • Sakura Holidays reserves the right to deny boarding or remove passengers engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Sakura Holidays is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by factors beyond our control, including road conditions, traffic, strikes, or natural disasters.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased ticket.
  • Travel insurance is recommended for passengers.

10. Company Rights

  • Sakura Holidays reserves the right to change schedules, fares, or buses without prior notice.
  • In the rare event of service cancellation, passengers will be offered either an alternative trip or a refund.
